Uganda Home Pages Limited (UHPL) is a Uganda registered company with its offices located on Jumbo Plaza, Plot 2 Parliament Avenue in Kampala.
We are Uganda's first ever and leading Web Publishing company who have pioneered Internet and Web Site designing in Uganda. UHPL started operation in 1996 as fully registered company although, the concept and operation of the company started in 1994.

Our technical team includes qualified, professional and experienced people in the in the IT Industry in Uganda. Our designing team is creative, enthusiastic and equipped with modern web designing, programming and Database skills.
We have a team of well qualified and analytical programmers and software developers who have proficiency in database tools like MySQL, SQL, Visual Basic8, Oracle, Flush, MIVA, HIE, Access, DHTML, PHP4 and C++.

Internet is increasingly becoming the most cost effective and efficient means of promotion, sensitizing and information dissemination. It is estimated that currently there are over 550 million people accessing the Internet on a daily basis worldwide. The kind of information sought on the Internet varies from simply research, investment opportunities, trade, leisure, and tourism travel to in-depth information about particular systems of government and political aspirations of communities. Internet is used to not only promote political ideologies, promote products and services, but also as a platform for achieving a worldwide exposure.

Through its innovative and persistent push for the use of Information Technology in enhancing business operations, UHPL has managed over years to capture a growing number of clients for web sites. Presently UHPL controls over 80% of the market share of web designing in Uganda.
